Not only is James an extremely competent professional with really good ideas and a very useful knowledge of the necessary products, but he is also a very kind person. While our project has been working it's way through the system I have had surgery. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, including offering to shop! I needed my hand held through the whole building project and he has been able to accurately estimate costs and coordinate all the necessary professions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
