JAA Architectural Design is based in Tregony with it's founder James Anderson having had a 20 year career working commercially in just two different Architectural Practices in London. Working on schemes with £100m+ value and personally managing many projects up to £8m in value.

Having ventured out on my own the simple aim is to provide all clients with a good value complete professional service from initial ideas through to planning and building regulations drawings to ensure that your ideas come to fruition with the minimum of fuss.

We have significant experience with all aspects of residential development. Extensions and New Builds, working within AONB's/ Heritage Coast, Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas, all types of projects have been undertaken previously. We have a particular passion for energy efficiency and maximising EPC ratings, exploiting the use of renewables be it Air/ Ground Source Heat Pumps/ Solar PV/ Smart Batteries which are now more important than ever in minimising reliance on the National Grid.
